Ivanhoe Primary School Fair 2025

Our biennial IPS Fair is on Saturday 22nd of November (from 12pm-5.00pm). This is our major fundraiser, and it plays a pivotal role in supporting various academic and extracurricular programs for your children.

It’s bigger, brighter, and more exciting than ever! It’s a joyful, community-powered celebration filled with delicious food, live music, thrilling rides, and fabulous market stalls – all wrapped up in the unique spirit of Ivanhoe.

We can’t wait to see you there!

You can purchase Fair Vouchers to spend at the Fair, at the following stalls/rides:

School-run stalls: School BBQ, Books, Toys & Bric a Brac, Plants, Cakes, Tea & Coffee, Choc Toss, Bubble Wands, Class Arcade Games, Photo Booth, Dunk Tank 

Rides (all rides require vouchers for admission):

Super Slide 4 (1 x $7 voucher per person for 2 slides)

Chair-o-Plane (1  x $7 voucher per person approx 3 min)

Rock Wall (2 x $7 voucher per person approx 3 min)

Bungy Tramp (3 x $7 voucher per person approx 4 mins)

Petting Zoo ($8 per child, $12 for 2 children)

Pre-order your vouchers and pick them up on the day of the Fair at the Information Stand (on the Oval).

Pre-ordered voucher sales (online) close on Wednesday 19 November. PRE-ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED! 

Fair vouchers are also available for sale on Fair Day, come see us at Tickets/Info, see you there!

Please note:

• School Fair vouchers are not redeemable at Marketplace externally-run stalls (such as food vans); SIPS bar, Silent Auction, raffle, or for student-run stalls
• Stalls that accept vouchers will display a sign on the day
• No refunds on purchased vouchers
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• No cash change given when using vouchers for purchase.
• All rides require vouchers
• School stalls will accept other payment (cash or card facilities at some stalls)
