Stall Fees:
Outside Stalls – 3×3 Stall ticket – $25 each

Food & Drink Truck/Stall ticket $50 each

Other – Please Enquire

(If you require a 6 x 3 stall space, please purchase 2 x 3×3 stall tickets)

All food & beverage trucks and trailers are to supply their own generators & rubbish bins.

All other stalls to supply their own gazebos, weights & equipment to operate. If you do not supply these you can not trade.

All stalls to have their own public liability insurance, and all food and drink trucks/operators to have appropriate food & drink licensing to trade. You can not trade without this.

Please send details for insurance and licensing to [email protected], then please use this link to finalise payment for your stall . Once payment is finalised your booking is confirmed.

Please make sure you fill in all current fields with relevant information when finalising payments.

We have a group page that contains all of the information you will need for the event including arrival(bump in) and departure(bump out) details, event rules and requirements on the day etc. This page is updated regularly and is the best place to ask any questions you may have.
