Year 12 Graduation Ceremony / Dinner 2025

Dear Parents,

The time to formally farewell our year 12 students is approaching. The Year 12 Graduation will take place over the following dates: 

Wednesday 10th September 11:00 am – Ceremony: (For Graduating students and a maximum of 2 immediate family members only)

• Venue:  School
• Students attend school as normal, in their school uniform, where they will be given their graduation gowns and will embark on a Walk of Fame through the school so that the student body can celebrate their achievement. This will be followed by some informal speeches and videos, and a morning tea for the students. 
• Students will be allowed to go home with their graduation gowns to get ready for the Graduation Dinner the next day to attend with their family. 

Thursday 11th September  5:30 pm – Graduation Dinner (Year 12 Students, Family and Teachers Please purchase tickets )

• Venue:  The Renaissance, 3 New Street E, Lidcombe at 5:30pm for a prompt 6:00pm start. The Dinner is expected to finish by 9:00pm. 
• Students should arrive at the venue for the dinner function in their graduation gown and cap. These can be returned to receive their deposit back.
• Dress code: Graduating students must wear modest formal attire. Dresses should not be figure-hugging. Boys must wear ties and girls must wear hijabs. 
• Ticket: All Dinner attendees must purchase a ticket at $70 per Adult , $50 per child ( Aged 0-11) .  These can be purchased below. Tickets will be scanned on the night upon entry to the venue. 

Gown Hire:

• Please note that students must pay a $75 partially refundable fee to hire the graduation gown over the two days. This payment can be made through the same ticket link provided for the event.
• Students will be refunded $50 when the gown is returned in good condition. The remaining $25 will be used for dry cleaning.
