Dear Parents and Guardians,

K-6 Primary School Concert Details and Ticket Purchases

We are excited for our upcoming Primary School Concert, with the theme of  ” Around the world”

Date Tuesday, 28th October 2025

Location: Pioneer Theatre, Castle Hill.

Please note the following important information:

Important Information for K-6 and Secondary Students:

• All K-6 students are required to go directly to the venue at the designated time; they do not need to attend school on that day. Secondary students should attend school as usual.
• This is a ticketed event, and only those who have purchased tickets will be allowed to attend the booked concert session.
• If you have children in both concert year levels they may sit in supervised rooms at the venue until it’s time for their performance.
• If you would like them to sit with you inside the concert hall during their sibling’s performance, a ticket must be purchased for each child. Please note that seating is limited (370 seats available), so it’s advisable to book in advance to secure your spot.
• All prams will need to be left outside the hall. The entire venue is booked exclusively for AIA, and a designated area will be provided outside the hall for prams.
• Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable.
