2025 Lunch order form – K-12 ATHLETICS SPORTS CARNIVAL

K-12 ATHLETICS SPORTS CARNIVAL – Pre Ordered lunch

The school will be providing Mini pizza packs for students and parents*. The mini pizza packs are available to preorder for the Athletics Sports Carnival on Monday 1st September 2025.

This will only be available for lunch time and therefore students should bring recess and adequate water with them on the day. Please note that there will be no purchasing facility operating on the day. 

If you wish to purchase a mini pizza pack for lunch, please indicate this below. It will be strictly pre-orders for students and parents*. Please pay online as no cash payments will be accepted. 

The cost of the mini pizza pack will be  as follows:

Option 1: $5 ( Two mini pizzas + one juice box) 

Option 2: $10 (Four mini pizzas + one juice box) 

Payment is required by Wednesday 20th August 2025.  No orders will be accepted after this date. 

* Dear parents, please use your child’s name when ordering for yourself to avoid confusion.
