Year 12 Graduation Ceremony / Dinner

Dear Parents,
The time to formally farewell our year 12 students is approaching. The Year 12 Graduation will take place over the following dates:
Wednesday 11th September 11:00 am – Ceremony: (For Graduating students and a maximum of 3 immediate family members only. Please Register your attendance )
- Venue: School
- Students attend school as normal, in their school uniform, where they will be given their graduation gowns and will embark on a Walk of Fame through the school so that the student body can celebrate their achievement. This will be followed by some informal speeches and videos, and a morning tea for the students.
- Students will be allowed to go home with their graduation gowns to get ready for the Graduation Dinner the next day to attend with their family.
- Students should arrive at the venue for the dinner function in their graduation gown and cap. These can be returned to the school the next day to receive their deposit back.
Thursday 12th September 5:30 pm – Graduation Dinner (Year 12 Students, Family and Teachers Please purchase tickets )
- Venue: The Renaissance, 3 New Street E, Lidcombe at 5:30pm for a prompt 6:00pm start. The Dinner is expected to finish by 9:00pm.
- Dress code: Graduating students must wear modest formal attire. Dresses should not be figure-hugging. Boys must wear ties and girls must wear hijabs.
- Ticket: All Dinner attendees must purchase a ticket at $70 per person. Graduating students can purchase their ticket at the special price of $35. These can be purchased via the school app Audiri or QR code. Tickets will be scanned on the night upon entry to the venue. All ticket purchases need to be made by Friday 1st September 2024.
Gown Hire:
- Please note that students must pay a $50 partially refundable fee to hire the graduation gown over the two days. This payment can be made through the same ticket link provided for the event.
- Students will be refunded $30 when the gown is returned in good condition. The remaining $20 will be used for dry cleaning.
